When you need plumbing in Val Vista Lakes, you want a crew that knows these 1990s-era homes, the lake irrigation system, and the hard water that comes with it.
344 N Gilbert Rd, main Gilbert, AZ 85234, United States, gilbert, Arizona
Val Vista Lakes homes sit on lake irrigation lines that run at higher pressure than most of Gilbert, and the 1990s copper is now at the age where pinhole leaks show up. We check pressure, look for slab leaks, and plan the repair before we start.
Val Vista Lakes has a mix of housing stock that demands a plumber who understands both original 1990s copper pipe and the PEX tubing used in later remodels. The HOA landscaping with irrigation means we regularly find root intrusion in sewer lines that run under common areas.

The same jobs go differently from one place to the next. Here is what we plan for.
We answer calls day or night and send the closest truck. First we shut off the water or gas, then we find the source and stop the damage. You get a flat price before we start the repair.
We start by asking which drains are slow and for how long. Then we run a camera to see if roots or grease are the cause. Most clogs clear the same visit with a snake or hydro jetting.
We measure your household size and check the old unit's venting and connections. Then we set the new tank, replace the anode rod, and test for leaks. You get hot water the same day.
We use a listening device to hear the leak under the slab and mark the spot. Then we cut a small access hole and repair the line with PEX. We pressure-test before closing it up.

Our water heater died on a Friday night. We called and they had a new Rheem installed by Saturday afternoon. The technician also replaced the anode rod and explained how the hard water affects the tank. We signed up for their maintenance plan. Great service.

Kitchen drain kept backing up. They came out same day and used a camera to find roots in the sewer line. Hydro jetted it and applied root killer. No problems since. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price for the work.
